Roomsys (ROOMSYS LLC) is a smart building monitoring and control platform. Our platform covers heating and HVAC control, temperature and humidity monitoring, water and gas leak detection, and energy optimization, with role-based access so building staff and residents each see what is relevant to them. We serve buildings across the United States.
We are expanding our heating controls and monitoring work across New York City and are looking for one licensed installation partner to perform the field work and, over time, to service the systems we deploy. We want a partner we can grow with, not a one-time installer.

New York City has stricter rules for rental and multifamily buildings. Local Laws 18 and 70 require temperature monitoring and reporting, while Local Law 97 sets emissions limits for larger buildings.
